"Honestly, Baldwins Has Been a Total Lifesaver"
I’ve ordered from Baldwins a few times now and, they’ve been brilliant every single time. No drama, no missing bits, no waiting forever by the door like my life depends on it. Everything turns up quickly, packed properly, and exactly what I needed. The prices seem really fair too, which is always a massive relief. I’ll definitely keep using them whenever I need more bits

"Pretty handy for regular orders"
I use the repeat order thing for my usual bits, and it saves me a fair bit of time because I’m not searching for everything again. I was going to say it’s brilliant, well, not brilliant exactly, because I still have to check dates and make sure stuff’s in stock sometimes. But overall it’s useful and I do keep using it. Just wish it felt a little smoother.

Customer service was helpful when I finally got a response, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I also wasn’t a fan of having to verify myself over and over again, it got annoying after a while. Overall, not a bad experience, but they could really speed things up and make the verification process less repetitive.

"Easy to understand pricing with no surprises"
I really appreciated that the prices were clear right from the beginning. Like, I didn’t have to click through a bunch of steps just to find out there were extra fees added at the very end, which always annoys me. Everything was laid out in a way that made it obvious what I was paying for, so by the time I got to checkout, there weren’t any confusing charges or random surprises. It just made the whole ordering process feel much easier and more straightforward.

I’ve used Baldwins a few times now their product range is just really good. They’ve got loads of herbs, oils, and other health bits that I can’t always find elsewhere. The site is easy to browse too, which just makes ordering straightforward.

So, yeah, the order showed up really well packed, there wasn’t any damage at all, which was great. The only thing is, like, the box felt a bit bigger than it probably needed to be, but other than that, everything was totally fine.

I got this from Baldwins for a skin problem I was having, and it helped faster than I expected it to do. It wasn’t instant, took a few days, but I could see it was making a difference. Ordering was simple as well, not really any hassle or anything. I’d probably use them again

I had a question about my order and got a reply faster than I thought I would. "Pretty smooth order overall"
I was happy with my order from Baldwins, honestly. The site was easy enough to figure out, which I always appreciate because I don’t have the patience for a confusing checkout, and everything showed up in good condition. Delivery did take a tiny bit longer than I was hoping for, but not in a way that felt like a big problem or anything. Just one of those mild “hmm, thought it’d be here by now” moments. Overall it was a good experience, and I’d probably order from them again.

"Fair prices and solid value"
Prices were fair — that’s mostly what I care about. I didn’t feel like I was overpaying, which was a relief. The order arrived as expected, and the quality was decent for the money. Not much else to say, really… just good value overall, and I’d use Baldwins again.

I’ve ordered from Baldwins a handful of times now, it’s been fine. Deliveries have mostly shown up when expected, apart from one parcel that arrived a day late, but I didn’t have the energy to chase it since it wasn’t a major problem. Everything was packed properly and arrived in good condition. At this point I’m just glad when an order turns up without drama, so yes, I’d probably use them again

I ordered from baldwins.co.uk and the communication was good overall. I got emails when the order was placed, when it was being sorted, and again when it was sent out, so I didn’t have to chase anything up, which was a relief. That said, at moments I did feel a bit dismissed, like the process was just moving along without much personal touch. Still, it was simple and easy in the end, and I’d probably use them again.

"Always feel like I’m in good hands with Baldwins"
I’ve ordered from Baldwins a few times now and I just always get the feeling they really know their stuff, the website has loads of helpful info and the products don’t feel like random things thrown together, they seem properly picked out, which makes a big difference when you’re buying herbs and natural remedies and want to feel like you can trust what you’re getting. I’m happy to keep ordering from them.
